Active Fit

Session 1: Sept 14- Oct 8 (pro-rated),   Session 2: Oct 12 - Nov 5

Tuesday/Thursday 9-9:50am | Ages 18+

Location: Hutchins Street Square West Park

Fee: $40 (8 classes) | Participants: 5 minimum/10 maximum

Exercises will include low impact cardio, balance and functional movements, mindful breathing and stretching designed specifically for the active adult.

Strength & Stretch

Session 1: Sept 14- Oct 8 (pro-rated),   Session 2: Oct 12 - Nov 5

Tuesday/Thursdays from 10-10:50am | Ages 14+

Location: Hutchins Street Square West Park

Fee: $40 (8 classes) | Participants: 5 minimum/10 maximum

This is a full body workout targeting all the major muscle groups.  Exercises will include body weight, isolated muscle, and fine motor movements. Balance and core strength is a key component to this class.

Family Fitness Outdoors

Get the whole family together for some fun exercise! This will include dynamic exercises, body strength, coordination movements and stretching poses with your family. This class encourages families to be more active together!

These classes will be virtually hosted on Zoom. The Zoom invite link will be sent to each participant at least 24 hours prior to the first day of class.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves basic breathing techniques. Very gentle, non-strenuous movements help to reduce stress, manage pain, promote relaxation, improve concentration, increase energy, heal the body, and quiet the mind. Wear comfortable clothing.
