ADA VineLine & Dial-A-Ride

The VineLine ADA Complementary Paratransit Service is a door-to-door paratransit service provided to individuals who are ADA-certified and are unable to use some or all of the fixed route bus services. VineLine ADA Complementary Paratransit Service provides comparable service to the regular fixed route system in terms of service area, service hours and days.

The Dial-A-Ride (DAR) Service is a similar door-to-door, shared ride demand response service, but for the general public. There are no eligibility requirements to travel on the DAR Demand Response system, though riders must pay their eligible fare.

VineLine Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit Service Applications

Effective October 1, 2018, the City of Lodi has a new ADA certification process. There are no more paper applications.

Instead, passengers receive an in-person functional assessment. Once ADA-certified, you will have ridership privileges within each jurisdiction in San Joaquin County based on that agency's ADA fare structure.

For more information and to schedule your functional assessment, visit Access San Joaquin.
